Any information we collect is used to process your memberships and orders, and to provide a responsive and personalized online shopping experience.

You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new club services or specials that we believe you will find useful. If you choose to opt-out of receiving future mailings from Pacific Northwest Wine Club, follow the procedure outlined in the Opt-out section below.

We use your visitation and purchase history, and any information that you have voluntarily supplied us to better define our wine recommendations and to develop future member benefits and offerings. We also monitor website visitor traffic patterns and site usage to help make our site more functional and beneficial to its visitors.

Ordering
Pacific Northwest Wine Club online forms request information from users such as contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and billing phone number). This information is used for billing purposes only to verify the customer is of legal age and to fill customer orders. If we have problems processing your order, this information is used to contact you. This information is taken in a secure area and is not sold or shared with anyone else.

We use a third party e-commerce application to order's collect billing and shipping information, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes whatsoever.

We value your privacy very much at Pacific Northwest Wine Club, and will never release any account information to anyone outside of the necessary core groups that help our business function, like those mentioned above unless our customers give us the authority to do so.

Gift Recipients
We collect contact information for gift recipients in order to ensure correct gift delivery. We do not sell, share, or rent any contact information for gift recipients. Gift recipients are welcome to request future mailings from the Club, but must do so outside of their gift purchase.

Fair Credit Billing Act
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Sale of Our Company
As a natural consequence of the development of our company, we could be sold to another company. In the event that another company acquires us, or a significant portion of our assets is sold to another company, all of the customer information including both financial records and consumer information that we have collected may be transferred to the new company.
