The Pacific Northwest Wine Club strives to serve its members with the best service possible. We provide these Policies as a statement of our commitment.

Service Policies

Shipping & Delivery
We ship via UPS, FedEx express, or local delivery service. ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED at the time of delivery. We suggest delivery to a commercial address, for ease in obtaining the signature. For local members, we maintain a will-call service at our warehouse location.

Pacific Northwest Wine Club is licensed in Oregon and Washington.

We can ship to the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Tennesee, Texas, Washington, Wyoming, Wisconsin and Washington D.C. We no longer ship to states that require a special permit.

Pricing
There is no membership fee. Prices do vary from month to month. The price for two (2) bottles of premium Northwest wine will range from $21 to $28, plus shipping and sales tax, where applicable. The International Option includes a Standard Membership plus a third bottle of wine with an additional charge between $10 and $15. Payment is made with most major credit and/or debit cards. Your card is billed once each month.

Return Policy
We strive to provide the best wine possible. If the quality of our wine selection does not meet your expectations, please contact Pacific Northwest Wine Club immediately.

Cancellation
Just as our Guarantee states, if at any time you are not completely satisfied with our service, the wine, or any aspect of the club, contact us. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will cancel your membership immediately with no further obligation.
